Traffic Situation

Traffic Situation is a service operated by Fintraffic. It provides real-time road, rail and maritime traffic information on a map. The information is collected from operational traffic management systems of Fintraffic, Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency and Finnish Transport and communications Agency.

Users can select the information they are interested in by simply clicking layers on and off. The service  provides information on road traffic incidents, road conditions, road congestion and images from cameras along the road network. The railway traffic data includes train schedules and traffic punctuality. Port calls and navigational warnings are available from maritime traffic.

Please note that the availabilty of  information is dependent on multiple IT-systems, weather conditions and the reliability of the hardware collecting the data. The actual traffic conditions may be different than shown on this service.
